• How Do I Manage my Usage Abroad?

  Here are some useful tips for proper usage to utilize your eSIM data at its best:

   

  1. We suggest turning your wifi ON when you are at the hotel, a restaurant, or anywhere with a stable wi-fi connection.

  2. If you are using “heavy” apps such as Waze or Instagram, we recommend turning them off when not used.

  3. You can turn off “Automatic Media Download” in apps such as WhatsApp and Snapchat.

   

  Please note:

   

  To prevent extensive usage so your purchased plan doesn’t end too soon, we recommend iPhone users to disable settings that are connected to approving your device to make updates and backups without Wi-Fi.

   

  Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to “Settings” > “Cellular”.

  2. Make sure the below options are disabled:

  Wi-Fi Assist, iCloud Drive, and iCloud Backup.
